Classes
Biomechanics
This course integrates anatomy, physiology and mechanics to explore the principles of human movement and the techniques used to study it.
Mechanics and energetic of locomotion
This course provides a cumulative experience by applying the anatomy, physiology, kinesiology, biomechanics, metabolism and physics taught throughout the exercise science program to developing a framework for understanding human and animal locomotion.
The Physiology of movement
This course covers the physiology of the musculoskeletal and sensorimotor systems. It goes from first principles to clinical application, and emphasizes a quantitative, integrative approach to biology that is grounded in the primary literature.
